Harlow & District Amateur Radio Society will be taking part in this annual event operating the special event callsign GB0SMM We will be operating from St Mary Magdalene’s Church, East Ham, on Saturday 12th September 2026.
St Mary Magdalene’s Church, East Ham is a parish church in East Ham, east London, dedicated to St Mary Magdalene. Its nave, chancel and apse date to the first half of the 12th century and the tower probably to the early 13th century but partly rebuilt in the 16th century – it is claimed to be the oldest parish church still in weekly use in Greater London[1] and is listed at Grade I.
